RESHARPENING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All orders must meet minimum quantity requirements:
25 files - general industry
12 horse rasps - farriers
2. All shipments are F.O.B. Xenia shipments will be returned in customer’s container when possible.
3. Payment terms are 10 days - 1%, 30 days - net.

1. Collect discarded files until the minimum quantity requirement is met.

2. Pack the files tightly in a crate or sturdy container. Ship them to:

(include your company name and address in the box but send the purchase order via mail or fax:937-376-8052)

If you use files for plastics, laminates, or
non-ferrous metals, please indicate your need for “special processing”
on your
purchase order.
4.
At your request, File Sharpening Co., Inc. will
replace files determined to be scrap with new product. Simply
give
authorization for this added service on the purchase order.

* Each file is tested after re sharpening.
This 100% inspection program ensures
excellent quality.
* Re sharpened files will perform as well
and last as long as they did when new.
CONVENIENCE
* Files are wrapped in packages of six
and clearly identified as to type and
size.
* Files that do not meet quality standards
are scrapped at no charge. These files
will be replaced with new product upon
customer’s request.

* Most files can be re sharpened from 2 to
6 times depending on the use.
